Directions & Parking :

OCATING THE PARKING: This is one of the few places in the area with free parking. PARKING SPOTS: Villa Tesla offers free private parking for all guests. There are designated parking spots available on-site, ensuring a convenient and secure place for your vehicle during your stay. Availability: First-come, firstserved. Electric Vehicle Charging: A charging station is available for guests with electric vehicles, including Tesla cars. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES : You can check in anytime after 3:00pm – 8:00pm. If you plan to arrive earlier, please send us a message, and we might be able to arrange that. You can park your car for free in our dedicated parking area. Your stay also includes direct access to our team, ready to assist with any needs or requests you may have. 

CHECK-OUT TIME IS AT 12 NOON

LAUNDRY: For used towels or linens, please leave them in the bathroom. 

KEYS AND PARKING PASS: Please hand over the keys and pass to the host.

LEFTOVERS AND GARBAGE: To maintain a clean environment, please dispose of any leftovers or garbage in the designated bins. The bins are located outside Villa.

These are the house rules we ask you to abide by during your stay at Villa Tesla 

1- Guest Authorization: Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance. 

2- No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking on the premises, including tobacco, cannabis, hookah, ecigarettes, etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 

3- Security Device Interference: Please do not touch or remove any security or monitoring devices that have been provided for your safety and security. 

4- Cleanliness: Treat the property as if it were your own home. Take out the trash to the outside the villa dumpster.

5- Checkout Time: Guests should complete check-out by the designated check-out time. If you need a late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

6- Key Return: Kindly handover the key to the host at the time of checkout

7- Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to respect other guests and neighbors. 

8- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly. Thank you for following these house rules and helping us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. We hope you enjoy your stay! 

Instructions in using home equipment and devices. 

Television:

• Turn on the TV and click the Mode button to navigate to the HDMI-1 screen. 

• From HDMI-1, you can access apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. 

• To return to the main menu, press the Exit button on the remote. 

Apple TV:

• Click the Netflix button on the Apple TV remote to open the app. 

• Use our guest profile ([Profile Name]) to watch movies and shows, or log into your own Netflix account. 

• The Apple TV is already configured for guest use—enjoy! 

Netflix:

• Navigate to Netflix via the TV or Apple TV as outlined above. 

• If you need to switch profiles or log in to a different account, select the Sign Out option and enter your credentials. 

Washing Machine:

• Separate laundry by colors and fabrics, and place the clothes inside the drum. 

• Add detergent and fabric softener to the respective compartments. 

• Close the door and select the desired wash program using the control dial. 

• Press Start to begin the cycle. 

Microwave:

• Open the door and place your food or beverage inside on the turntable.

• Select the desired power level and cooking time using the control panel.

• Press the Start button to begin heating.
